Kylie & Avery’s South Florida winter wedding was one for the books! I’m sure no one will be able to tell from these photos that it was winter, which is why it is my favorite season to shoot weddings in Florida! Deer Creek Country Club in Deerfield Beach, Florida was the perfect mix of classy and tropical. The outside ceremony was surrounded by palm trees and a beautiful golf course, and the reception was inside their newly renovated grand ballroom with oversized gold chandeliers. Basically, it was this Florida photographer’s dream!

This wedding was extra special for me because Kylie is my college roommate’s sister! I have had the privilege of watching Kylie grow up, so it was such an honor to be there with her and her family as part of her wedding day. I loved getting to know Avery throughout their engagement season and seeing how much he adores Kylie. I am also originally from South Florida, so it was very fun to be back home to shoot a wedding, and have many old friends as wedding guests!

Besides how beautiful and elegant their gold and green wedding was, it was probably the most fun wedding I’ve been a part of. These two are a perfect pair and know how to have a good time! It was a wedding I truly loved reliving while putting these images together, and one I will never forget. Congratulations Avery & Kylie!
