Wedding Emergency Kits are a must! It’s always a good idea to be prepared and have the following items with you on your wedding day. This would be a perfect job for your Maid of Honor to take care of. As a wedding photographer, I always bring my own emergency kit like this in case some of these items are needed and no one has them. Some of these I would not have thought about unless I had been part of many weddings. I have seen an updo fall out and in need of more bobby pins. I have seen countless tears needing to be blotted with a tissue instead of wiped with a finger. I have seen (and experienced) how hard it is to eat certain foods while getting your makeup done (please don’t just NOT eat instead like I did)! I have seen a WEDDING DRESS RIP while getting ready and in major need of a sewing kit. I have seen brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, and even various wedding guests in need of a safety pin… Things happen! And I will come prepared to help you and your loved ones as best I can on your wedding day.
